1) The koi pond is largely covered up by overhanging oak branches. I’ve pulled them out and highlighted the pond with a dark green circle.
2) The roof in the bottom right corner showed up big dirt spot - remove
3) One prominent dead yellow palm frond was trimmed.

1) We think it would be so cool to try something like this - open to your suggestions. Nobody looking at this image will know where the house is. As is, it’s just a generic view of SB.
Keep the ocean and our property, and black/white everything else. (I took it to 70% opacity over white here, and added a little inner and outer glow).
