Getaway Packages

After you submit your requested dates and estimate using the form above, we’ll review the calendar and reply promptly to confirm availability or suggest alternative dates.

Once dates are set, we’ll send you a link to place a $500 deposit to lock in your suite and studio time.

Balance Due Date: Your remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check-in. If you'd prefer to spread your balance across multiple smaller payments leading up to your getaway, just let us know—we’re happy to set up a flexible payment schedule for you!

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Because getaway dates reserve both the private suite and dedicated kiln/studio time, cancellations affect our small studio schedule directly:

• 30+ days notice: Full refund of your deposit and balance paid.
• 15–29 days notice: 50% deposit refund (any additional balance paid is 100% refunded).
• Less than 15 days notice: Deposit is non-refundable (any additional balance paid is 100% refunded).

Need to reschedule instead? Give us at least 14 days notice and we’re happy to transfer your full deposit to new dates at no extra charge!

No problem at all—the vitrigraph is completely optional! You can set your vitrigraph pulls to zero in the calculator and dedicate all your time to studio fused glass work. Come enjoy hands-on studio time with Evelyn, an accomplished fused glass artist, and leave filled with new inspiration, techniques, and creative ideas.

1. Mail Your Own Glass: Since vitrigraph uses smaller pieces, mailing glass in advance is simple and worry-free. Upon registration, you'll get access to a private membership site with videos on choosing color combinations. Just bag your selections in ziplocks and ship them ahead!

2. Pick Up Glass en Route (Pasadena): Driving up from LAX or Burbank? The Bullseye Glass Store in Pasadena—one of only five in the entire country—is right off the route to Santa Barbara, adding only about 30 minutes to your drive.

3. Use Studio Glass: Want to travel light? We’re happy to supply whatever glass you need ($50/pull). When you arrive, we’ll go through color selection, preparation, and pot loading together.

Absolutely! Santa Barbara is a world-class getaway destination. While you're happily in the studio, they’ll have an amazing time exploring—from golf, hiking, and tennis or pickleball to beach days, wine tasting, boutique shopping, yoga, or just plain old relaxing.

None at all! Our sessions are tailored to all skill levels—from complete glass beginners making their very first pieces to experienced glass artists wanting dedicated kiln time and advanced technical guidance.

Safety and comfort first! Please wear closed-toe shoes (sneakers or boots) and natural fiber clothing (cotton t-shirts, jeans, etc.). No synthetic clothing! We provide all required safety gear, including heat-resistant gloves, leather apron and protective eye wear.

Of course! If you get here and decide you'd like more or less time in the glass studio or extra pulling sessions, we can adjust your itinerary fluidly. We easily refund or charge for services added or subtracted on site. No stress!
